First claim filed with homeowners insurance. Process can be lengthy as expected, but the assigned adjuster stayed in communicaiton throughout the process.

After the paperwork was submitted, Lori called and thoroughly explained the coverage overall. I was very pleased with the amount I received. I look forward to either repairing or replacing my shed this spring.

We are obviously answering these questions on the portion of the claim that was damage to our home. We are still waiting on the personal properly loss. We hope it goes as well.

It would be nice to receive a breakdown on how the stolen items were valued just to have a record of how the final amount was chosen by the insurance company for reimbursement.
