No electronic communication. Just voicemail tag. In this day and age?! We were told 2 weeks was average, the claim took 4. Last 2 weeks were complet silence. The process and progress was completely opaque. I'm glad the claim was approved, but no idea if the amount will cover everything. Was told would need contractor quote but didnt wait for it.
