I had to reach out to my insurance rep multiple times for an update during this process. In the start of the process, I had to submit multiple documents to prove my rig was covered. What I am dissatisfied with is the fact that if I would have only sumbitted the receipt, which includes tax, I would have received a higher payment, which would have included the tax I paid. In the future I'll only submit receipts. Live and learn.

Haley did a fine job, but I would not recommend your product based upon how much it depreciated. The "replacement cost" was allready too low, and then the items were devalued another 75%. This resulted in a check which will not even begin to replace my items.

While it's never nice to come home to discover your house broken into and valuable property stolen, I've been provided solid communication, education and professionalism by Jasmine from the very beginning to the end! While very dissappointed with replacing my stolen items, Jasmine let me know "in advance" what to expect per the policy limits toward replacing items stolen. It is what it is. I must accept the terms and do thank you for foing whatever possible under my circumstances. Ron (Inspector) was very nice and professional too. However, I wish he was more thorough about what to expect after he visited my home.
